2. Approved return exceptions

Receiving a wrong item, which must be reported with an unboxing video as proof
Physically damaged items at the time of delivery, which must be reported to the delivery agent immediately and in their presence

If your case qualifies for a refund, the process will begin after proper verification and approval. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days and will be returned using the original method of payment only. Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
